At Priyatama Jewellers, we ensure a secure, smooth, and transparent payment experience for our valued customers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept online payments through Razorpay, using:

Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)

Debit Cards (All major Indian banks)

Net Banking

UPI and QR Payments

Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

2. Proprietorship Details

Priyatama Jewellers is a sole proprietorship firm owned and managed by Mr. Tushan Das.
Hence, while making payment through Razorpay or any other integrated payment system, the name “Tushan Das” may appear on the payment screen or in your bank statement.
This is completely legitimate, as all payments made to Tushan Das are officially received on behalf of Priyatama Jewellers.

3. Payment Security

All transactions are processed via Razorpay’s secure gateway with 128-bit SSL encryption.
We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

4. Order Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you will receive:

An order confirmation email/SMS

A digital invoice with transaction ID for your records

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, please contact us with your transaction details at:

6. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy and will reflect in your original payment source within 7–10 business days.
